Marketing Manager

- Manage marketing activities of products and designer team to ensure POSM and images of

public schools look professional, consistent and entice the customers

- Be responsible for marketing activities for assigned products and POSM of all products at public

schools

- Be the champion and in charge of building system, process and culture for key marketing

functionalities assigned by BOD

- Establish and strengthen good relationship with media, business community and other stake

holders that would facilitate further growth of assigned products

- Provide staffs with relevant training and coaching;

- Maintain and strengthen marketing team, create good working environment, good team spirit;

- Provide leadership and management for marketing, public relation, product management,

online channels, event marketing, creative services

SPECIFIEC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Management of products

- Provide BOD with relevant internal and external analysis (market and product) and recommend

concerning products and business improvement and development based on sound analysis;

- Propose strategic Marketing and communication plan and monitor the budget to meet business

objectives

- Managing team, supervising the execution of mar-com activities and analyze the effectiveness

of these activities to make the improvement where necessary

- Develop events marketing plan and oversee the execution

- Develop and maintain reliable marketing intelligent system;

2. In charge of designer team

- Ensure images of public school and POSM be aligned with company guidelines and look

professional

- Propose KPI and working process to supervise the workload, productivity and quality of

designer team

WORKING TIME

- Normally 44 hours a week; 7:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday ; 7h30am – 11h30, Saturday

- Lunch break: 11:30am – 1:30pm

- Outside work-hours required from time-to- time when tasks need to be completed on time.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of PR or marketing experience (was born from 1989)

- Strong effective communicator and demonstrated ability to increase productivity

- Proven experience in customer and market research

- Appropriate University Degree (Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing field or Business

Administration, or - Economy is preferable)

- Good English (presenting, writing, listening, reading).

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Leadership and vision in managing staff groups

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

- Delegate resposibilities effectively

- Persuasive with details and facts.

REMUNERATION

- Basic monthly salary:

Probation (2 months)

After successful probation:

- Allowance: as policy for BOD's level

- Mobile phone allowance

- Commision

• Personal Income Tax will be the Employee's responsibility (applied in probation also);

PR Marketing Lead

Job descriptions

1. Coordinate with Deputy MKT Manager to develop and implement PR plan and activities to

promote for products/programs at Language Link Vietnam (LLV).

2. Draft assigned press releases, media pitches, newsletter articles, award submissions, and

other press materials.

3. Work in collaboration with product owners to create PR specific content for assigned social

media channels and mainstream media

4. Identify new strategies for enhancing our PR metrics.

5. Share PR best practices across internal departments and divisions.

6. Identify key media contacts and work with Marketing Manager to establish strong external

relationships within Language Link business sector and education sector.

7. Share company specific PR news on LLV website

8. Assist with the creation of a variety of customer marketing assets, including customer

testimonials, quotes and other materials as assigned.

9. Assist with PR events and special projects.

10 Work closely with Marketing Manager and Public Business Director to create internal

corporate communications as required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree required. Graduation from University of Journalism or English Language

Studies preferred

2. 3 years of public relations work

3. Strong creative and writing skills

4. Strong understanding of social media

Digital Marketing Lead

*** OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

As a specialist in the field of digital marketing, the position is in charge of overall digital marketing

planning and execution in order to support business lines to meet marketing and sales objectives

with ROI (including, but not limited to: Young Learners, Professional Pathway, Academic

Pathway). In addition the position is to support other internal stakeholders (such as HR/Teacher

Recruitment, Sales/Operation) in uploading and designing initiatives to leverage on-line tools for

the business objectives.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analytic and Strategy

• Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI

• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital

marketing.

2. Planning and Management

• The short term and long term digital marketing plan must be based on the evaluation of

customer research, market conditions, competitors data and marketing manager's requirements

• Set up specific timeline, workflow and KPI for both long term and short term plan

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

• Handling crisis situations arising in the team or on the DM's channels.

• Be responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing campaigns

3. Digital Marketing Team and System Management

• Set up team with scope of work of and KPI for each team member at short term campaign and

long term plan

• Manage the performance and professional development of a team of digital marketers

• Foster team collaboration, inspire innovation and drive professional growth

• Lead the setup, management and functionality of the company's marketing software system

and CRM

4. Digital MKT channel Management

• Manage website and all of corporate social media accounts

• Strategize and create engaging, SEO aligned content.

• Overseeing all posts and engagement, and monthly and quarterly reporting.

• Monitor partners' cross-channel digital marketing performance, and create measurement plans

to evaluate user engagement and conversion goals

• Allocate resources for each channel

• Research, analyze the effectiveness of the channels with KPI and propose the expanding plan

of other digital channels

• Research, establish operational guidelines on the DM channel: Post timeframe, Ads,

languages, the brand identity issues, forms of content (text , video, info graphics ...)

5. SEO strategy and management

• Update the changes in the SEO industry, and identify new trends and practices that will help

maintain the highest search engine rankings for the company.

• Conduct analysis; develop a SEO roadmap and monitoring to ensure the company's websites

are ranked high among keyword search terms relevant to each product.
